Return Policy

At Ellendor, we take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns for Defective or Damaged Items
We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you receive such an item, please contact our customer service immediately and provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or other proof of the damage

Important Notes:

  • If the item was damaged during shipping, please take photos of both the packaging and the damaged product as soon as possible.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Without sufficient proof, we are unable to process refunds or replacements.

Once we have reviewed and approved the defective item claim, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement item (depending on availability)

2. No Returns for Unwanted Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are unwanted due to personal reasons, such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color choice
  • Personal preference

3. Return Costs and Process
All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Additionally, please note that all returns must be shipped back to China.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service for return approval before sending any items.
  2. After approval, you will receive the correct return address.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Items sent without prior approval or to the wrong address will not be processed and are ineligible for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees.
  • Please be sure before making a purchase, as returning the product may result in high shipping costs.

4. Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may have already been processed.
